This site uses Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they read, so we know what helps parents most.
Google Analytics stores cookies named _ga (for up to two years) and records the pages you visit, roughly where you are (country and city), and your device and browser. We see these as totals, not as people.
It also uses the Meta pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It stores a cookie named _fbp (for up to three months) and tells Meta which pages you visit and when you sign up, so that if we advertise on Facebook or Instagram we can show it to people who already know Respectful Mom and see whether it helped. Meta's own privacy policy applies.
If you would rather not be counted: don't count my visits on this device. This switches off both Google Analytics and the Meta pixel here, and nothing else changes. Google also offers a browser add-on that switches Google Analytics off on every site, and Facebook and Instagram let you choose in their ad settings whether ads use your activity on other sites.
Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attacks; it does not follow you.
When you go to courses.respectfulmom.com, Thinkific's own cookies apply. Videos on this site are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you press play; YouTube's own cookies then apply.
Instagram posts on this site open in a pop-up. Instagram's own player sets Instagram's cookies, so the first time it asks before playing; if you would rather not, the post opens on Instagram instead. A yes is remembered on this device. You can take it back at any time: forget my Instagram answer.
