Respectful Mom is run from Singapore. This page says what we collect when you use respectfulmom.com, why, and what you can ask of us.
What we collect
- When you sign up for the newsletter or a free e-book: your first name and email address. We use them to send what you asked for and our letters, and nothing else. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
- When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address and message, to answer you.
- When you visit: our host, Cloudflare, keeps technical records (such as your IP address and browser) for a short time to keep the site safe and working. We do not use them to follow you.
- If you say yes to cookies: Google Analytics records which pages you visit, roughly where you are, and your device and browser, so we can see which pages help parents. See Cookies.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. The only optional cookie is Google Analytics, and it runs only if you say yes.
Who else handles your details
- Kit, our email service, which stores the list and sends our emails.
- Thinkific, when you buy or take a course on courses.respectfulmom.com, with Stripe or PayPal for payment. Their own privacy policies apply there.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
- Google, for Google Analytics, only if you say yes to cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, at any time: write to info@respectfulmom.com. Unsubscribing takes one click in any email.
How long we keep things
Newsletter details until you unsubscribe; messages for as long as we need to answer them.
