10 Reasons Why Crying Is Good

I truly believe crying is the cure. Children regularly need to release their pent-up feelings. Crying is how they get back to balance. They need to release the “bad” to make room for the “good”. And as we will see for ourselves when we are courageous enough to let their feelings be and patiently allow for the healing release to pass.

Calm, peacefulness, cooperation and wellbeing always follows.

It’s like their system is reset, what triggered the crying is usually no longer an issue and they simply move on.
